K&B is always honest with your time assessments.  I try to give you a window to work with and I’ve never found that you’ll take something in just to get it in, and then I’m hung without the truck.  Plus you continually keep us updated on status so we know where we stand just for planning purposes.  We cover 3 counties and are geographically at the southern edge of my territory, but even my guys up north have little objection to running a little further to get to your shop because they know it will get turned when you say it will get turned.
